PET EXCHANGER BUGED!!!!!!!!!!!!

every time i turn in a pet exchanger 8 times outta 10 it takes the pets and doesn't give me eps i just took a full set(snake,rat,cat,dog,spider, Caterpillar) turned them in and it said i didn't have enough pet exchanger items and then it still took them.....

this is ridiculous its been doing this to me for a while ive just ignored it a couple of time but now its just getting outta hand its so bad having a chance of not getting eps when u have all the items.....

just saying u should probably look into it cuz it doesn't work rite like it should
