login problem

i had logged into game and noticed i could not see a few char's so i checked and updated after exiting the game. get it all downloaded and installed. now i can't login. says my account does not exist and to contact a gm. i was on only moments before. i'm seriously confused now. =(

You need to download Flames Online client first if you want see all char and item. After you download our Flames Online client, please install all patches.
