The patch links don't work for me, iv'e tried several browsers and the pages don't show.

there must be a problem with your antivirus software, could be that it blocks you from getting the patches.
Try to put the site where the patches are listed, in a TRUSTED setting in your anti virus programm.
Cuz i checked the site on getting the patches, and had no problem what so ever with it.
