Mannequins Empty Mannequins

i made a mannequin and when i click the "Set Main" button it pops up the "are you sure you want to make main" and then i hit yes and then a messege appears that i cant read and it doesnt set to main.

both main and manni r lvl 255
any reason y it does this?
