eps lost need help if posible

I wanted to transfer some eps from my mannequin to main 1 billion to be exact the easy way was to set same amount of price as the eps that I had on mannequin on an item so I set the required price and bought them whit mannequin and when I switch back to main the eps amount wasn't there. I recently started to play here so I had no idea that the fps that can be stored had a limit. I was wondering if is possible to recover them back some how if you check the logs you will see that I had them mannequin name in game is somebody and main char cooffice thanks in advance

you will need to talk to the flames PM, on if you can recover this or not. but yes there is a limit to the amount of eps that can be carried in inventory and that would be 2 Bil FPs.

i will also try and contact PM see if i can grab his attention and see if he can do anything about this
