Unable to log in Empty Unable to log in

Everytime i go to log in i get the message unable to connect to network due to server maintenance or congestion :\

i have all the latest patches etc and still unable to log on.. it says people are online though so im a bit confused :\

ive seen people with similar posts previous to this date also wandering if the situation was resolved
