I'm stuck with 0/0 soul

Hi, I just did my class change to paladin and it says i have 0/0 soul. I tried to buy soul from the mall but that did nothing. I also tried relogging and nothing happened =/ Everything else is just fine but i cant get my soul to work plz help!
