a lag problem

hey i have a problem ,
i had a 100 mil pack ... after i used it the game went off
when i re-logged i found that the 100 mil fps is gone , as well as my one eye pet
here r the screen shots which proves that , BTW it is not the first time to happen with me to lose somethings after opening a 100 mil packs

NVM i found my items
some asshole i know he knew my password , IDK how , but he did
As i opened my fps pack he logged into my account while i'm logging in
and i found my things at the warehouse
