Adding flower limit?

Adding a limit to how many flowers can be sent to a person. Bcuz people r spamming them and you cant keep up with your chat. i no you can change what you see in the chat box, but i dont like that cuz when someone speaks to you directly its yellow colored font not red like in ALL chat.

I not sure can edit or not the flower system. But i will try to make a limit if can.

Here's something even better than a "Limit"..
You know how if something pops up that's said more than once it just flashes rainbow colors?..
Do I need to say more?

If possible remove that giving out 999 flowers to someone appear in chat.. no limitation but it just wont appear in chat...
