Question about donor casual

I have a few questions about donor casuals if you could answer these Flames I would be very thankful.

1. Can I get a casual design that someone else has in game?
2. what files do I need for you to add a casual to the server?
3. If I dont have a personal casual can I get a current casual (example Silver Wings) +255?
