Personal Edits NPCs

i had this idea dont no if its possible or not so im just gunna throw it out here

Say someone wants someones edit they saw on the forums. Well a Personal(Instead of personal as NPC name make it characters name EX: Jecht's Edits NPC) Quest NPC. Everyone else can do this quest to try to get a edit i have made. Now these edits i would send to flames (Editors choice of which edits he wants to give to flames) and he could add them into the game, they would become obtainable by completeing this quest. This would add more uniqueness and more player customization to the server.

Casuals Stats:
LVL 255
F-Soul +8
+10 or +20 elements
Special effects +8
Atk +1000-1500
Def +1100
M-Def +1100
M-Atk +1000-1500
Hit-Rate +1000
Dodge +500

Weapons Stats:
LVL 255
F-Soul +8
Atk 3800-4100
+10 or +20 elements
Hit-Rate +300
Special effects +8

PETS Stats:
88 all INI's


Requirements for edits being sent in could be like:
MUST BE YOUR EDIT OF ANOTHER CASUAL/WEAPON
Name for your edit
Description for your edit(optional)

Nice idea. I will think about it. But I not sure can make it or not. Btw, thanks for the suggestion.
